Obligatory New Years Post

...I hope you will have a wonderful year, that you'll dream dangerously and outrageously, that you'll make something that didn't exist before you made it, that you will be loved and that you will be liked, and that you will have people to love and to like in return. And, most importantly (because I think there should be more kindness and more wisdom in the world right now), that you will, when you need to be, be wise, and that you will always be kind.
~ Stolen directly from Neil Gaiman's blog, because he's better with words and sentiments than I am.

No resolutions for 2009, but some goals:
1) Volunteer trip for work in April
2) Read at least 25 books
3) Keep room in an average state of cleanliness higher than 2008's state of disaster
4) When in Chicago, take lunch to work at least 3 times a week
5) Take the GRE, just in case
