11pm last night, the phone rings. My aunt Sue "So... you know how your cousin Jesse is on this reality show? And probably getting married on Tuesday? Well we are allowed to invite more people than we originally anticipated, so if you can get out to San Diego..."

So I looked into it, and it would cost me 25,000 United miles (which I have) and $100 to get out there tonight and return on Wednesday. Unfortunately, my project ends Wednesday... which means there's a lot to do between now and then, and even if I could put the hours in, I can't really be out of communication that long. Hmmmph.

I also got a letter from my stepsister. Very interesting. Beautiful artwork.
