You apparently need to watch more Adam West-era Batman. Proper use of the exclamation is "Holy [potentially too detailed explanation of what's going on], Batman!" You don't get "Holy Cow, Batman!" unless you're actually dealing with cows, and even then you should probably be yelling about the problem possessed by or presented by the cows. ("Holy bloated udders, Batman," or whatever a cow kind of problem is.)
In this kind of situation, "Holy global warming, Batman!" or "Holy division of weather patterns, Batman!" or something would work better.
